1. Institutional Registration document (Company, Partnership, Proprietary, Private Ltd, Public Ltd, etc.,)


2. Building agreement (Rental/Own)


3. Two Passport size photograph of the owner.


4. Director's/Proprietor ID Proof


5. Payment should be made as Online transfer in favour of a council Account and share us the receipt

APPROVAL PROCEDURE

1. On receipt of the above document centre will be verified by Regional Office.


2. On receipt of verfication from Regional Office, ATC will be sent from Head Office to the centre after verifying a payment details.


3. Centre affiliation certificate will be sent TO NCVTE Head Office.
